Projects    

New Pool #1 Smoking Area - Project is complete, and the area is open for use.

Micco RV Storage Lot Fence Replacement – Project is complete.

Basketball Court Fence Replacement - Project is complete.

Beach Restrooms – Construction is underway.  Expected project completion summer/fall 2024.

ADA Accessibility –BBRD staff will be constructing a shower enclosure at Pool #1.  Expected project completion spring/summer 2024.

Building A Parking Lot Seal Coat – Contractor has commenced.  Expected project completion spring 2024.

Building D/E Parking Lot Repair & Seal Coat - Project is substantially complete.

Veterans’ Gathering Center/Water and Sewer Office Roof Replacement (w/ metal) - This project has been deferred to a future fiscal year.

Miniature Golf Course Artificial Turf –BBRD staff will be repairing sidewalks, painting, installing landscaping, completing sign installation and reinstallation of the features/obstacles for each hole. Expected project completion spring 2024.

Lounge Bar Renovation – Expected project completion 2024.
